How to delete your Q Chat account

Account Deletion Instructions

You can delete your account directly from within the Q Chat app. Follow these steps:

Go to Your Profile

Tap Profile at the bottom navigation bar of the app, to navigate to your account settings.

Open Privacy & account

Open Settings → Privacy & account, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account.

Confirm Deletion

Read the retention notice and confirm the deletion request.

Important Warning

Your account is disabled immediately. Ordinary personal data enters a 30-day recovery period and is then erased. Limited safety, audit, purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal-hold records may be retained for the periods disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Any remaining Q Coins will be forfeited without refund.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile information (username, avatar, country, gender, date of birth, About Me).
Your message history and chat data.
Your Q Coin balance and transaction history.
Your daily check-in streaks and reward history.
Your block lists and report history.
All visibility and privacy settings.
